4. Payments and PayFast

AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd uses PayFast for AgriHerd subscription payment processing. Payment information is processed by PayFast according to their own security and privacy practices.

We store payment references, payment status, subscription dates and transaction confirmation information, but does not store full card details.

AgriHerd Technologies (Pty) Ltd may send emails related to AgriHerd account access, verification, password resets, subscription payments, trial status, billing confirmations and support enquiries.

Free-trial companies that never convert to a paid subscription may have their company account and associated farm data removed automatically after 90 days from the trial end date. You can request earlier deletion via our account deletion page.
